Request-Driven Workflow and Workboard Software for IT, Properties, Facilities & Operations

See every request through to completion

From intake and help-desk triage to Work Boards, vendors, and completion -all in one system.

Built for Operations

Maintenance requests, move-in/move-out workflows, vendor coordination. The same 15 types of requests, every week, forever.

Work orders, inspections, equipment issues, access requests. Defined responses for every type of problem that walks through the door.

New hire setup, access requests, equipment issues. Every request type has a defined playbook. No tribal knowledge required.

Asset requests, content briefs, revision cycles, approvals. Standardize how creative work gets done so the output doesn't depend on who's running the job.

Work with vendors without giving them your system

Most software forces you to either buy more seats or push work outside the system. Everstep gives vendors their own space to execute — without exposing your internal data.

Share a private work board for a single task. Vendors get a secure link to a task-scoped board where they can plan work, update progress, and mark it complete — while your team sees everything inside the ticket.

No login required

Send a link. No account creation, no seat license, no friction.

Scoped to one job

The vendor only sees the task they’re working on — nothing else in your system.

Live visibility

Every update shows up inside the ticket. No chasing texts, calls, or email threads.

Built for real operations

Perfect for maintenance vendors, electricians, cleaners, landscapers, and contractors.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Everstep is built for teams that handle internal requests, support work, approvals, and cross-team follow-through. You define services where structure helps, route tickets to the right teams, and use Work Boards inside tasks when the execution needs to stay flexible.

Per-seat pricing forces teams to limit access -excluding collaborators, contractors, or managers who only occasionally need visibility. Everstep prices by request volume instead, so your entire organization can participate without license management overhead or surprise bills when your team grows.

You place a QR code on a physical location -a piece of equipment, a room, a facility. Staff or guests scan it with their phone, describe the issue, and submit. A ticket is created automatically in Everstep and routed to the right team. No app download required.

Everstep fits any team that handles recurring, structured requests -IT support, HR onboarding and leave requests, facilities and maintenance, operations, vendor onboarding, and access provisioning. If your team receives requests and needs to route, track, and close them, Everstep is designed for you.

Everstep is priced by the number of requests submitted per month -not by the number of users or teams. Your entire organization, including external guests, can be on the platform at no extra cost. Plans start free and scale as your request volume grows. No per-seat fees, ever.

When a request is submitted through a public board, Everstep checks for existing open tickets on the same service. Duplicate reports increase confidence on the existing ticket rather than creating noise. Technicians can also explicitly mark a ticket as a duplicate to consolidate it. You are not charged for duplicate reports.

No. You can start with a simple service definition and refine it over time. Teams can add tasks while a request is in progress, and service definitions can evolve as your process matures. Everstep is designed for structured flexibility, not rigid hard-coded workflows.

In Everstep, tasks are assigned to teams by default rather than permanently tied to a single individual. When someone goes on vacation, changes roles, or leaves, work does not stop or disappear. The remaining team members retain visibility and ownership, ensuring continuity without administrative cleanup.

Yes. Public service boards allow anyone to submit a request without logging in. Everstep uses a one-time code to verify the submitter's email and issues a short-lived session for follow-up. This keeps reporting frictionless for external requesters while maintaining accountability.

No. Everstep is focused on work coordination -capturing requests, routing them to the right teams, giving teams Work Boards to execute the work, and tracking completion. It does not handle accounting, invoicing, vendor payments, or property management administration. That focus keeps it simple and fast to set up.

Most teams are up and running in under an hour. Setup involves creating your teams, defining your services, and optionally placing QR codes where issues are likely to be reported. No technical expertise or IT support required.

Everstep has multiple layers of protection on public service boards. Submitters must verify their email with a one-time code before a ticket is created. Rate limiting is enforced both per IP address and per email to prevent abuse. Admins can block guests who submit bad-faith reports, and blocked guests are rejected at the session level. Ticket volume is also metered by plan, so runaway submission attempts have a natural ceiling.

Your next request is coming in. Will it be handled right?

Define your workflows once. Everstep handles the rest — every request, every step, every time.
