Unlimited users and teams on every plan
A Ticketing System Without Per-Seat Pricing
Everstep charges for monthly request volume instead of user or agent seats, so employees, managers, approvers, contractors, and occasional participants can join the workflow without expanding the license bill.
Every feature on every plan. No credit card required.
Why Per-Seat Ticketing Pricing Creates the Wrong Incentive
A ticketing system becomes more useful when everyone who touches the work can participate. Yet per-user and per-agent pricing encourages the opposite behavior: restrict access, share accounts, move approvals back to email, or keep managers and occasional collaborators outside the system.
An internal request might be submitted by an employee, approved by a manager, handled by IT, handed to facilities, and reviewed by finance. Those people do not use the system equally, but seat pricing can charge for each of them as if they do.
Who Can Participate Without Another Seat Fee?
Employees
Submit internal requests and follow their status without being treated as paid support agents.
Working teams
IT, HR, facilities, operations, and other teams can process tickets and own workflows.
Managers and approvers
Occasional participants can review, approve, comment, and maintain visibility.
Guests and vendors
External requesters and task-scoped vendor boards can participate without forcing work into disconnected channels.

When Request-Based Pricing Makes Sense
| Organization pattern | Why request-based pricing can fit |
|---|---|
| Small support team, many employees | The whole company can submit and follow requests without buying a seat for every requester. |
| Many occasional approvers | A manager who participates twice a month does not create a recurring seat charge. |
| Several internal departments | IT, HR, facilities, and operations can share one platform without separate agent-seat calculations. |
| Seasonal or growing usage | Cost follows the amount of work entering the system rather than the organization chart. |
| Very high ticket volume | Compare the economics carefully. A per-seat product may be less expensive when a small fixed team processes extremely high volume. |
What “Unlimited Users” Does—and Does Not—Mean
Unlimited users means Everstep does not increase subscription price because you add employees, support staff, managers, teams, or other account holders. It does not mean unlimited usage of every metered resource. Each plan has a monthly request allowance and storage limit, shown above.
This keeps the buying decision visible: choose a plan for the work you expect to process, then let the people who need to participate do so without license management becoming part of the workflow.
